Products

I have an allergy how can I check if a product is suitable for me?

Are your products Halal friendly?

Do Allen’s lollies contain Alcohol?

Generally, we do not use alcohol as an ingredient in our products. In some instances, we may add a flavour that has been extracted using some alcohol or contains an alcohol base. When we use these types of flavours, it’s possible that there may be some very small amounts of alcohol left in the final product. The alcohol is not a fermentable or drinking alcohol.

I’m trying to find a particular Allen’s Lolly but can’t find it?

To keep our Allen’s range fun and exciting, unfortunately, we have to stop making some of our lollies to make way for new ones. Sometimes certain lollies can only be found at particular retailers. If you’re still looking for a product, contact us and we’ll try to help.

Is the packaging for the Allen’s Lollies recyclable?

Our lolly experts choose packaging that’s designed for recycling, wherever possible. While recycling soft plastics is not available at the moment, as soon as collection is back up and running, you’ll be able to recycle your Allen’s bags.

Are you still making packets of Allen’s Sherbies, Allen’s Red Ripper Sticks, and Allen’s Milkos?

We are temporarily pausing our individual bags of ALLEN’S Sherbies, Red Ripperz Sticks, and Milkos as we proudly moved production of these chews back to the home of ALLEN’S in Broadford Victoria. The move has taken longer than expected but rest assured, we are working hard to bring them back to shelves in their own bags as soon as possible. Until then, you can still find Sherbies, Red Ripperz & Milko chews in bags of ALLEN’S Chew Mix! We’ll keep you in the loop on our Facebook & Instagram pages when they’re back on shelves, in the meantime let’s show ALLEN’S Chew Mix some love! ️

Is Allen's involved with any charitable organisations?

Allen's is a major supporter of an organisation called Red Frogs Australia. We happily donate tonnes of Allen's Red Frog Lollies each year that get used for the different Red Frog Programs. Visit Red Frogs Lollies to learn more.

Custom Jar

What is the cost of each Allen’s Lolly jar?

Each custom label Allen's lolly jar comes as part of a hamper, and costs $40. Each total order also incurs a $12.50 shipping cost, or $8 shipping cost for orders of over $100. This is a flat rate cost Australia wide regardless of where you live.

What is the dimensions of the Allen’s lolly jar?

Each Allen's lollies jar holds approx 1L of lollies (approx 5 regular sized bags)

Is there any restriction on what I can write on my labels?

You will have a limit of 12 characters on your label which can be any character from the English alphabet (no numbers are allowed). Please check the spelling of your name as unfortunately we are unable to refund for incorrect spelling. In addition, we want everyone who receives an ALLEN’S lolly jar to love their label, so no profanity or inappropriate words will be accepted; your order will be cancelled and a refund provided if we deem your label to be inappropriate.

Is my custom jar dishwasher safe?

Lolly jars are not dishwasher safe. Instead, please use a warm damp cloth to wash inside of the jar before use.

I realise I’ve made a mistake on my custom jar label. What can I do?

Unfortunately we are unable to refund for incorrect spelling. Once you hit submit on your orderwe are unable to amend your order.

The lid on my lolly jar looks different to the photo. Is this normal?

The lids on lolly jars will vary in appearance. Rest assured all lids are high quality food safe bamboo and have been tried and tested to keep your favourite, yummy, stretchy, fun to share Allen’s lollies secured.

My custom jar label is incorrect. What do I do?

Please reach out to use via our Contact Us page with as much info as possible and our friendly team will investigate and make things right. 

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

We have an estimated delivery time of 7 - 10 days on all orders and once you have submitted your order, we do our best to process it within 4 working days before we send it off via a courier.

Due to the large volume of parcels going through the parcel delivery network, couriers are experiencing delays so items are taking slightly longer to arrive than normal. Given the current environment, it may take up to 21 days for your order to reach you, particularly if you’re in a regional or remote part of Australia.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse so we recommend you monitor that link. Alternately, you can use your order number to review your delivery status on our Track Your Order page.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay for your personalised Allen’s lolly jar by Paypal or credit card (VISA or Mastercard).

I’m having technical issues when trying to place my order, what can I do?

If you’re experiencing issues, we recommend you try using a different device (e.g. a different laptop, PC, mobile or tablet) or internet browser. If you’re still having problems, please Contact Us advising us of the device, operating system and internet browser you’re using.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Unfortunately, orders can’t be placed over the phone.

Will my order arrive before Christmas?

Submit your order before Christmas cutoff 9th December 2022 to receive your order before Christmas

I want to track my order

Once your order has been dispatched , you will receive an e-mail advising of your order number and tracking information. Just click on the tracking link within the e-mail to follow the progress. If you didn’t receive your e-mail, check to make sure it hasn’t gone into your junk e-mail, and if it’s not there, ontact Us and we’ll look into it for you

Alternately, you can use your order number to review your delivery status on our Track Your Order page.

I can see my order has left and is with the courier company, but I haven’t received it. What can I do?

Once your order leaves us, it is in the hands of the courier company and their delivery network. Due to the large volume of parcels going through the parcel delivery network, items are taking slightly longer to arrive than normal. We suggest that you contact the courier company to understand the location of your parcel (you will find this information when you click on the shipping link provided in the email that you would have received from us). If you’ve already done this and your order still hasn’t arrived, please Contact Us and we will see what we can do.

How will I know if my order was successful? / I didn’t get an order confirmation email

Once you've placed your order, you'll receive an email within 1-5 minutes with your order number and order details. If you don't receive this email in your inbox, please check your junk folder. If you still haven't received this, Contact Us and we'll check to see if your order has gone through.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver orders to anywhere withinAustralia.

Can my order be delivered to a PO Box, Parcel Collect or Parcel Locker?

Unfortunately not – To ensure you receive your order, please provide a residential or business address.

I’ve just placed an order. Can I change or cancel it?

Our lolly experts are busily packing orders to deliver Australia wide. Once you hit submit we are unable to alter orcancel an order for change of mind.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

We do everything we can to make sure your personalisedlolly jar arrives in perfect condition, however if it arrives damaged please Contact Us (attaching a photo of your jar/order showing the damage) and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.

Both for hygiene reasons and due to the limited edition nature of the products, merchandise will not be accepted for returns or exchanges unless deemed faulty or if you otherwise have a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. In this instance please reach out to us via the Contact Us page.
